Description
Sublimation Process
Sublimation is a heat-transfer method where solid dye turns directly into gas without becoming liquid. During this process, a special sublimation ink is printed onto transfer paper and then transferred onto a substrate, such as fabric or a coated item. The substrate is heated to a specific temperature, typically around 380°F (193°C), which causes the dye to bond with the fibers or coating on the substrate, resulting in a vibrant, durable, and permanent design. The sublimation process allows for high-quality, full-color prints without peeling, cracking, or fading, making it ideal for custom apparel, promotional products, and more.
